The availability of Affirm does not guarantee approval, a particular repayment period, an interest-free offer, or specific monthly payment amounts.

Any financing costs, repayment obligations, and other loan conditions are determined by the applicable financing agreement and must be disclosed before the customer accepts the financing offer.
Independent Program Ownership and Administration
Digital Wealth Academy is a third-party educational program owned and administered by its respective program provider.
Access to the original educational program is managed through Skool by the Digital Wealth Academy administration.
The program's content, intellectual property, and applicable resale permissions remain subject to the official Digital Wealth Academy licensing agreement.
Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC does not claim ownership of the original Digital Wealth Academy curriculum or intellectual property.
WWA55 Bonus Materials

These Purchase Terms explain the additional purchase conditions applicable when Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC acts as the seller through its Stripe checkout.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms is intended to modify, replace, or expand the intellectual property rights or resale permissions granted under the official Digital Wealth Academy licensing agreement without authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Other Purchase Platforms
These Purchase Terms are specifically intended for the Digital Wealth Academy offers purchased directly through Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC's Stripe checkout.
Purchases completed through other independent sellers or payment platforms may be subject to different transaction terms and conditions.
Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, statutory remedies, or seller responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived.

This section describes the products included in each purchase option available through Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC's Stripe checkout.
Digital Wealth Academy Standard — $497 USD
The Standard offer includes access to the original Digital Wealth Academy educational program, subject to the terms, access requirements, and licensing conditions established by the program owner.
The Standard offer does not include additional bonus materials provided by Women Wealth Academy 55.
Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle — $597 USD
The Bonus Bundle includes the original Digital Wealth Academy educational program and the following two additional resources provided by Women Wealth Academy 55:
• Sales Funnel Template Bonus.
• Email Marketing Sequence Bonus.
These bonuses are supplementary resources offered by WWA55. They are not represented as part of the original DWA curriculum or as materials created by the DWA program owner.
The two bonuses are included exclusively with the $597 Bonus Bundle and are not included with the $497 Standard offer.
Digital Products and Online Access
Both purchase options concern digital educational products and resources. No physical products are included or shipped.
Access to the original Digital Wealth Academy program is administered by the DWA team through Skool, subject to the program's applicable enrollment and access procedures.

Product Ownership and Licensing

No Guarantee of Earnings

The purchase price for Digital Wealth Academy Standard is $497 USD.
This offer includes the original Digital Wealth Academy educational program and does not include the additional bonus materials provided by Women Wealth Academy 55.
Customers purchasing this offer through Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC's Stripe checkout are charged the applicable amount displayed at checkout.
Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle — $597 USD
The purchase price for Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle is $597 USD.
This offer includes:

Customers outside the United States should not assume that Affirm financing will be available through our checkout.
International customers may purchase eligible offers using other payment methods displayed by Stripe, subject to applicable payment restrictions and successful payment authorization.
Purchase Price Versus Financing Costs
The advertised price of Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle is $597 USD.
This amount represents the price of the educational package, including its additional bonus materials.
It is not described as a fee charged by Affirm for providing financing.
If Affirm or an applicable lending partner offers financing involving interest or other finance charges, the total amount repayable under that financing agreement may exceed the advertised purchase price.
The specific payment schedule and total repayment amount will be disclosed by the financing provider before the customer accepts the financing agreement.
Payment Authorization and Order Completion
By submitting payment through Stripe, customers authorize the processing of the applicable purchase amount using their selected payment method.

An attempted payment that is declined, canceled, or otherwise unsuccessful does not establish a completed purchase.

Other Digital Wealth Academy Purchase Options
Digital Wealth Academy may also be promoted through Beacons or other independently operated sales and payment platforms.
These Purchase Terms specifically govern the $497 Standard offer and $597 Bonus Bundle purchased directly through Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC's Stripe checkout.
Payment plans or purchase arrangements offered through other platforms, including Commas, are governed by their applicable checkout and transaction conditions.
The availability of an alternative purchase option does not automatically include the additional bonus materials associated with the $597 package.
Payment Disputes and Applicable Consumer Rights
Customers may contact Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC regarding payment questions associated with purchases made through its Stripe checkout.
Applicable refund, cancellation, and payment dispute procedures are addressed separately in these Purchase Terms.
Nothing in this section limits legally available consumer protection rights, statutory remedies, or payment dispute rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Order Confirmation and Purchase Processing
This section explains the order confirmation and purchase processing procedures applicable to Digital Wealth Academy purchases completed directly through the Stripe checkout operated by Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC, under the Women Wealth Academy 55 brand.
Order Submission and Payment Authorization
When a customer selects Digital Wealth Academy Standard or Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle and submits an order through the applicable Stripe checkout, the payment request is processed using the selected payment method.
Successful submission of payment information does not, by itself, guarantee that the transaction has been approved or completed.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorization, applicable payment verification requirements, and acceptance of the purchase transaction.
Order Confirmation
Following a successfully completed and accepted purchase, the customer should receive an electronic confirmation of the transaction through the applicable checkout or payment communication system.

Bonus Bundle Purchase Confirmation and Fulfillment
Customers who purchase the Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle for $597 USD are entitled to receive the original Digital Wealth Academy program and the following two additional resources provided by Women Wealth Academy 55:

These bonuses are exclusive to the $597 USD Bonus Bundle and are not included in the $497 USD Standard offer.
Manual Purchase Verification and Email Instructions
Following a successfully completed purchase through Stripe, Women Wealth Academy 55 will review the transaction and send the customer an email containing instructions for the next steps required to obtain access to Digital Wealth Academy.
This is a manually coordinated process and should not be understood as an automatic or immediate enrollment in the Digital Wealth Academy Skool community.
Access to Digital Wealth Academy
Customers must follow the instructions provided in the post-purchase email to complete the applicable access process.
The Digital Wealth Academy administration is responsible for managing enrollment and access to the original program through Skool.
Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC will coordinate the necessary purchase-related communications while remaining responsible for its obligations as the seller.
Delivery of WWA55 Bonuses
Following the initial purchase verification and access instructions, Women Wealth Academy 55 will separately provide the Sales Funnel Template Bonus and Email Marketing Sequence Bonus to eligible customers who purchased the $597 USD package.
The bonus materials will be delivered electronically, together with any necessary instructions for accessing or using them.

Unsuccessful, Declined, or Canceled Payments

In such circumstances, product access and bonus fulfillment may not be initiated until the transaction is successfully completed.
Customers who experience payment difficulties may use the payment options available at checkout or contact Women Wealth Academy 55 for assistance with the transaction.
Any handling of failed payments, cancellations, or reversals will remain subject to the applicable payment provider's procedures and consumer protection requirements.
Payments Using Affirm

Selection of Affirm does not guarantee loan approval or completion of the purchase.

Digital Wealth Academy (“DWA”) is a digital educational program delivered through an online learning platform. The purchase options covered by these Terms do not include physical products or shipping.
This section explains the procedures for receiving purchase instructions, accessing the original DWA program, and obtaining any applicable bonus materials provided by Women Wealth Academy 55 (“WWA55”), operated by Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC.
Purchase Verification and Initial Instructions
Following a successfully completed purchase through Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC's Stripe checkout, Women Wealth Academy 55 will review the transaction and arrange for the customer to receive an email explaining the next steps required to access Digital Wealth Academy.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout and following the instructions communicated after purchase.
The order confirmation issued through the payment process is separate from the instructions required to access the educational program.
Manual Enrollment Process
Digital Wealth Academy is administered by its independent program provider through Skool.
Program access is not automatically activated at the moment a payment is completed through Stripe.
After the purchase has been verified, Women Wealth Academy 55 will send the customer instructions explaining the applicable enrollment procedure.
The customer must complete any required enrollment steps and provide the information reasonably necessary for the DWA administration to identify and process the enrollment.
The DWA administration is responsible for approving and managing access to its Skool learning environment.
Estimated Enrollment Time
The enrollment process typically takes approximately 24 hours after the customer has completed the required enrollment steps.
This is an estimated processing period, not a guarantee of access within exactly 24 hours.
Actual processing times may vary due to administrative procedures, enrollment verification, platform availability, or other operational circumstances.
If the customer experiences an unreasonable delay or encounters difficulties following the enrollment instructions, they may contact Women Wealth Academy 55 for purchase-related assistance.
Digital Wealth Academy Standard — $497 USD
Customers who purchase the Digital Wealth Academy Standard offer for $497 USD through Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC's Stripe checkout receive the original DWA educational program, subject to its applicable access and licensing conditions.
Following purchase verification, the customer will receive the instructions necessary to begin the enrollment process.
The Standard offer does not include the Sales Funnel Template Bonus or Email Marketing Sequence Bonus provided by Women Wealth Academy 55.
Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle — $597 USD
Customers who purchase the Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle for $597 USD through Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC's Stripe checkout receive:
• The original Digital Wealth Academy educational program.
• Sales Funnel Template Bonus provided by Women Wealth Academy 55.
• Email Marketing Sequence Bonus provided by Women Wealth Academy 55.The original DWA program follows the enrollment procedure described above.
The two WWA55 bonus resources are additional digital materials and are administered separately from the original DWA educational program.
Delivery of WWA55 Bonus Materials
The two bonus resources included in the $597 package will be provided electronically by Women Wealth Academy 55 after the initial purchase verification and enrollment instructions.
The customer will receive a separate communication containing the applicable bonus materials or instructions for accessing them.
These bonuses are not administered by the DWA program owner and do not form part of the original DWA curriculum.
The applicable delivery arrangements will be communicated to the customer. Women Wealth Academy 55 remains responsible for providing the bonuses included in the purchased package.
Bonus Delivery, Access and 30-Day Assistance Period
Customers who purchase the $597 USD Digital Wealth Academy + Bonus Bundle will receive the Sales Funnel Template Bonus and Email Marketing Sequence Bonus electronically through the delivery method communicated by Women Wealth Academy 55.
Customers are encouraged to download, save, and review their bonus materials promptly after delivery.
If a customer does not receive the bonus delivery email, encounters a broken access link, or experiences difficulty accessing the materials, they should notify Women Wealth Academy 55 within 30 calendar days after the bonus delivery notification is sent.
During this 30-day period, Women Wealth Academy 55 will provide reasonable assistance with delivery-related issues, including resending access instructions or restoring access where appropriate.
After this period, Women Wealth Academy 55 is not obligated to provide ongoing personalized assistance, repeated delivery, or replacement copies solely because a customer chose not to open, download, save, or use bonus materials that were properly delivered and made accessible.
This 30-day assistance period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies relating to digital content that was not supplied, was defective, or did not conform to the applicable purchase agreement.
Nothing in this provision excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable consumer protection laws.
Access Requirements and Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for following the enrollment instructions provided after purchase and complying with the applicable rules and access requirements of the DWA learning platform.
Customers should ensure that their email address is accurate and that they can receive purchase-related communications.
Customers may need access to a compatible device, a reliable internet connection, and an account on the relevant learning platform.
Failure to follow reasonable enrollment instructions may delay access to the program.
Third-Party Platform Administration
The Skool learning environment and the original Digital Wealth Academy program are administered by independent third-party providers.
Platform functionality, account administration, and enrollment procedures may be subject to the applicable provider's rules and operational requirements.
Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC does not independently operate the Skool platform or control every aspect of the DWA administration's enrollment process.
However, Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC remains responsible for its own obligations as the seller of the purchased package, including providing reasonable assistance with access-related concerns and fulfilling the bonus materials included in the applicable offer.
Delivery Issues and Customer Support
Customers who have completed their purchase but have not received the post-purchase instructions, experience difficulties completing enrollment, or encounter problems receiving an applicable bonus may contact Women Wealth Academy 55 through:

Intellectual Property and Product Licensing
This section explains the intellectual property rights, product licensing conditions, and permitted uses associated with Digital Wealth Academy (“DWA”) and the additional bonus materials offered by Women Wealth Academy 55 (“WWA55”), operated by Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC.
Digital Wealth Academy and the WWA55 bonus materials are separate digital resources and may be subject to different ownership and licensing conditions.
Ownership of Digital Wealth Academy
Digital Wealth Academy is a third-party educational program owned and licensed by The Digital Wealth Academy LLC.
The original DWA curriculum, course materials, trademarks, branding, and other proprietary intellectual property remain subject to the rights of the program owner and its applicable licensing agreements.
Grace Digital Catalyst, LLC acts as an authorized reseller of the program but does not acquire or transfer ownership of the original DWA intellectual property.
Purchasing DWA through our Stripe checkout does not transfer copyright ownership or unrestricted intellectual property rights to the customer.
Official Digital Wealth Academy License
The original Digital Wealth Academy program is governed by the licensing terms established by The Digital Wealth Academy LLC.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms, including the conditions applicable to access, permitted resale activities, intellectual property, advertising, and license restrictions.
These Purchase Terms do not amend, replace, or override the original DWA licensing agreement.
